People Trust Strength -

People Trust Strength -

Eighty year old Dr. Sanjeev Bhutani was running a Nursing Home, which was always full to capacity. His three sons, who were working under their father's supervision, were the backbone of the Nursing Home.

The first son was a good surgeon, the second one was a number one cardiologist and the third son was the best eye specialist of the town.

One day, Dr. Sanjeev Bhutani, suffered a paralytic stroke. He was bedridden. The Nursing Home went out of his control. Then the sons took over and decided to divide the Nursing Home by creating 3 partitions. As each of them was expert in their line of treatment so they decided to handle their clinics individually.

Father was helpless and depressed as he watched the partitioning of the Nursing Home.

On the other hand, the differences among the brothers increased and they became each other's rival. Running separate clinics at one Nursing Home was quite a difficult task. Soon, all of them started losing patients. Their father had earned the patient's trust and belief by showing strength of the Nursing Home as it dealt in almost all problems at one place. But, by this division, patients started losing faith in the Nursing Home as one unit. Patients started moving to other clinics and doctors.

Facing failure, the three sons went to their father. Then, the father, a seasoned physician said, “When you all were running the Nursing Home jointly, it was earning reputation and money. And the credit for it goes to all of you. All three of you together made the Nursing Home successful. But in my absence, you divided the Nursing Home into 3 clinics. It divided your strength into three parts and a wrong message was sent to the public.”

The sons realized their mistake and decided to reunite.

The father's advice proved out to be a miracle.

The sons understood that their success was in unity.

Moral: United we stand, divided we fall.
